Better customer service than my actual breakdown cover. Timing chain snapped on A30 when I was 7 hours away from home. These guys help me with my breakdown cover company. Stored my car and helped me relax and enjoy my holiday. Top service from start to finished and even directly brought my car back to the north east. They went above and beyond. As you can see on the picture I was stuck on a live road at 4pm on a Friday!! They got to me in 20 minutes.

Had reason to call out recovery vehicle from HG on 17th October around 4.30 pm, when clutch gave out on my Suzuki Vitara on the M38, near Exeter turn off for M5 & we were 100 miles from home in Bristol. HG & the recovery vehicle driver Jaime Starling done a Sterling job after being contacted from my roadside recovery company Eversure! Jaime was brilliant, when told he'd be there at 6.30pm he was & arranged for one lane to be closed via a police escort so my vehicle could be loaded up & everyone was kept safe as traffic prior were bowling through at 60mph!! With the minimum of fuss Jaime got us home safe & sound by 9.00pm & not only dropped us outside our front door but ensured my local garage had complete access to come & pick up & take the car in for repairs on another recovery vehicle next day. Both HG & Jamie Starling did a superb job & took a lot of our worries away with the speed & efficiency & effectiveness in the way they dealt with & reacted to the situation we found ourselves in & I can't thank them & particularly Jamie enough as he did a complete & very professional effective job. It was a 10/10 job & I'd give them higher if I could & hope as I'm sure they will give another poor unsuspecting customer the VIP treatment when it's needed as we found the experience uplifting for a change without any hassle or awkwardness & HG's professionalism got the job done & as far as I'm concerned did the Exeter branch proud & set the bar very high now. ?⭐

Fantastic service, got a puncture and the car did not have a spare. This company kept me updated on everything. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the tyre and job was spot on. Got me back on the road for our journey in no time at all. Based just off the a30 and M5 at Exeter.

Excellent service. James came and recovered my van and got my van on and off the truck like a real pro, in ridiculously narrow streets. Possibly the best manoeuvring I've ever seen. Great service, nice chap. Would recommend.

We had an unexpected and stressful journey to a wedding in Exeter when our tyre was slashed by a rock on the A303 at 3am, following a three-hour delay on the M25. Brilliant breakdown service. Alternator dead on my Sprinter. Attended within 20 minutes, old one removed and new one sourced and fitted within two hours. Can't thank the mechanic enough. Excellent pricing too!

Bob was amazing. He found me in distress not being able to get home from haven holiday park Devon. Two other AA engineers and a locksmith, who we paid £155, had failed to get us into the car or start it. Bob talked us through everything, putting me at ease as I had a very tired toddler with me. We had no access to the car, where my little boy's buggy was, and we had already checked out of our accommodation at 10 am. Bob was truly amazing; he made light of the situation to put smiles on our faces. What seemed impossible suddenly became possible, and indeed became possible in such a short space of time.
