Shane, Kelly and the guys have been very helpful in overcoming any obstacles and ensuring that our disposals are dealt with in a timely and professional fashion. We are kept updated on progress and receive pictures/videos when required.

I cannot recommend Shane and his company enough !!! Absolutely briliant and professional!!!

My house burned out compately as the massive fires in July 2022 and I have met with over 30 companies to dicuss demolishion and HIR Ltd were the company that won me over !!!

They offered me the best price and did not mind going over an above what they are contracted to deliver. They made it as less painful for me as possible. Shane and his team were the only company who did not mind assisting me with the documents and helping me out with all the external parties to get the demolishion completed. Thanks to him and his team, we were the first to demolish to out of 18 others! I am afraid without Shane's help, I would be still waiting to receive a permission for the demolishion and have my "power cut" for a not existing property!
He cleared the house in less than 3 days and left the land in clean state and ready to rebuild! Others company said that they need to work at least 3 weeks to do the same job.
Absolute brilliant service....!!! Shane, thank you so much for all your help in such a difficult time for my and my family!
