It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you gents! It was my 1st scrap run and i had no idea how it works. The team were all super friendly, patient and happy to help me and show me what goes where. See you again when i have another load built up!

Very disappointed. Booked for 9/ 10 collection from them. No sign phoned at 10 said problem, nothing until 12.15 then asked to rebook for Wed. As I had expressed it had to go by this weekend I had to call in a local collector, we'll out of pocket because wasn't paid for the 4 hours left dangling and nothing for the scrap. Not blaming the young lady who did her best just annoyed.

Just used H&J for the first time as a non commercial user.
Rosie in the office was fantastic, extremely helpful and very polite. Her customer service is first class!
Really easy to set up and will use again in the future for any scrap metal I need to get rid of!

Got ripped off, 85kg of FP cable £75
Already unloaded cable so I would of taken it to a better scrappy.
