Got stuck behind one of your vans, blocking an entire road while there was plenty of spaces to pull over to let people past. Once we had waited 10 minutes and there was cars queuing behind us we gave a friendly beep to alert the man that we were here. This staff member then proceeded to hurl abuse at us shouting saying "I'm working, I can park here for 20 minutes" in one of the most disgusting tones. I would advise your staff to have better public relations in the future as this particular staff member was so unnecessarily rude it would put anyone in a 5 mile radius off using your company.

Holiday Home Waste Collection provide a fantastic service. They are 100% reliable, polite, friendly and helpful. Our bins are always emptied properly and left clean and tidy. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I have used HHWC for a number of years and I can say that they provide an excellent and reliable service. However, what sets them apart is their drive to not only to provide service and go the extra mile to find practical solutions. Their staff from the collection drivers to the friendly office people really live the mantra “service”.

Holiday home waste deal with all our event and wedding recycling, bottle, rubbish disposal. i could not recommend them more highly. They are extremely efficient, adaptable when we need them to be, the kit is immaculate when it arrives on site and their delivery drivers always cheerful and polite. it is a brilliant service that we are extremely grateful is on our doorstep.

What an efficient service! They collect rubbish and recycling from the bin and a separate box for glass. I always try and let them know well in advance of collection dates but as long as I give them at least a weeks notice they can handle that too! Thank you!

I have used HHWC for several years now; I was one of their first customers. My previous service had been truly dreadful. HHWC have given me a first class service from the word go. I have never had any problems, and their offer a truly client centred service. Their pricing is reasonable and they have several contract options, giving flexibility according to the client's needs. I can honestly say that before HHWC, waste collection from my holiday let was the single biggest stress factor in owning such a business, but once HHWC came on the scene, I never had a problem with waste collection again, which was a huge relief. I would recommend them 100%.
