Superb service from start to finish.

Made an enquiry via email and received a quick response. I booked in the skip hire and then on the day of request I received a phone call to arrange drop off time. Skip arrived on time via a polite and respectful driver.
I phoned them for pickup and this was done the same day as my call.

Good price, communication and service.

Absolutely horrendous company and a complete rip-off. Staff on the phone is RUDE. They charged me a total of £210 for a mini skip—absolute rip-off. Over the weekend, people dumped their rubbish into the skip I hired. I even have a video recording that I sent to them. When I called, someone said they couldn’t take it because it was "dangerous," but if I paid an extra £80, they would collect it. They insisted it needed to be leveled—I've hired skips from other companies before and never had this issue. Stay away from them; they are thieves. I have video evidence, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the driver added bags himself to charge extra. Expect a letter from my solicitor. I will take you to court if needed; I am not going to let you go with my money.

DO NOT USE It’s simple really We paid £150 for the skip to be dropped of on the Thursday before the bank Holliday (and promised it would be ) however it never arrived no answer on the phones. Monday morning my wife phoned to complain that you took our money and did not deliver in response she got a very untrained rude female who ended with “Do you want the skip or what we are busy” eventually a polite driver delivered the skip later in the day. I will not be using these again not bothered about customer service and the female needs sending on a couple of courses a polite manner costs nothing

Skip arrived on time, driver called to say he was on his way. Rang for it to be collected, they arrived 12 mins after calling. Really impressed with service will definitely use again and will recommend.

Called but no skips were available, said they would let us know when one was, within the hour they had delivered one to us, called at the weekend for an exchange which they said they would do on the Monday.. skip was removed and replaced all before 9am. Very efficient

Great service as always. We have used this skip company for years and they always pickup when they say they will. Never complained when the skip is slightly over full. Don't be put off by the bloke who often answers the phone - Some people seam to complain a lot about him but he likes to be on and off the phone quickly 😁
