I have no hesitation in recommending Homeseptic and the service we received from Dave and the team in installing a new sewage treatment plant. Dave is a real professional with a huge amount of experience and was really able to limit the disruption from the work through his recommendations when compared to those put forward from the other companies we spoke to. The team were reliable and punctual from the initial visit and throughout the two weeks of installation and left everything clean and tidy at the end and also managed the process of obtaining environmental permits as well. Highly recommended.

Their knowledge and experience were clear from the outset, and they were clear on what work needed to happen, what it would cost and when it could be done. The work was then done as described, to time and cost.

But what set the team apart for me was the exceptional communication and commitment to customer service. The website is brilliant providing lots of helpful
information to those who are new to Septic Tanks. Alex, Andy and Chris have been very helpful and I certainly recommend their Homebuyers Septic Tank Survey which provides a comprehensive Report that's understandable to the lay person. They are all active in the field, so whilst they may not answer the phone, do send an email and they do get back to you. You can speak with a Surveyor and they're happy to answer questions. Brilliant service, have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

I am not sure I can do justice to the incredible service we received in the hands of Homeseptic. Having moved into a 17th century property, we quickly realised that the ageing Septic Tank and Soakaway had multiple issues.

Over the space of 6 months we had 5 or 6 companies out to look at the system as a whole - they charged for surveys and quoted for extensive urgent repairs to pipework and drainage alongside a new Sewage Treatment Plant. Every company reported long lists of different and often random issues alongside large quotes (hence we kept asking for further opinions).

Finally we stumbled across Homeseptic! Brad attended the property and advised us that on visual inspection, whilst we did need a new Sewage Treatment Plant, he felt that it was highly unlikely that any other repairs would be necessary since the pipework would have been circa 10 years old (when the house was extended). To confirm, Homeseptic then conducted a full CCTV survey which found no damage or repairs to be needed. We had been lied to by every company that had charged us for a survey.

Homeseptic had instantly saved us thousands of pounds and on top of that their quote for a new Sewage Treatment Plant was substantially less than every other quote, and the CCTV survey was free. Why? Because they are honest to the core and their quote was based on a fair price for the materials and labour, rather than being based on the length of your drive or the value of the house.

Brad and Stig carried out the install and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. They went well above and beyond the call of duty at every stage. They were punctual, polite, deeply knowledgable and experienced, worked within the timeframe and left the property looking far better than it did previously!

People and companies like this are very, very rare these days and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only downside is that they don’t offer more services as I would trust them on any project.

I imagined never wanting to think or talk about my home sewage again after the install, but now I find myself telling everyone to get a new treatment plant, just to work with Homeseptic!

Really pleased with the whole experience with Homeseptic and the team. Working with Andy at the quotation stage, which was very competitive and Dave & James on site, who where very courteous and knowledgeable and worked with us at every stage of the installation. Weather was not great so thanks to James who gave up his Sunday to work on site to catch up. The area was left tidy and fences reinstated. We are now the proud owners of a state-of-the-art sewage treatment plant. I cannot recommend Homeseptic enough and anyone considering a sewage treatment plant or similar should absolutely give them a call.
