I visited this shop over the weekend to buy boots for my 7-year-old daughter. All the boots had price stickers on the soles, ranging from £3 to £6. I found a suitable pair, but at the till, the staff member informed me that the £6 price tag was incorrect and the boots were actually £15. They all but accused me of tampering with the price tag. The customer service and treatment were utterly deplorable.

I love this shop. I love the staff and the volunteers. The new shop has very little clothing so I intentionally gathered up some great clothes (5 black bags) and rang up to check that they were taking donations. Was told I needed to go to junction one and leave them in the clothing bin. I said I was going to Antrim and I wanted to leave them in to the shop as u wasn't going to Junction 1. I was told they preferred that I leave them in the bin. I donated them to another shop in Antrim.

Nice shop and looks well but anything you would actually want to buy always has little stickers saying not for sale on them, why have them on the shop floor if it's not for sale?
