Went at 10:30 Sunday morning, only to be informed that they were 'doing a changeover' and there would be a wait of 'at least 25 minutes' before anyone was admitted. What's the point of advertising opening hours and then closing the facility on an arbitrary basis?

Incredibly easy to use facility. Staff were so helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend to anyone thinking of doing a home clear out. I actually really enjoyed it! Five star review and would use again

Excellent facility, lots of options for recycling almost anything. Friendly staff. Sometimes will have to queue 5-10 mins at busy times (Weekend lunchtimes), otherwise its a very efficient place to recycle. DON'T COME HERE DURING AN ARSENAL MATCH ? it will take you an hour to get out again

Have only been on the outside of the building, but the folks I interacted with from there seemed nice and helpful. Pedestrian dropoffs of stuff is by a white shack on the northeast side of the place, on Hornsey Road, so around the corner from Holloway Road station, which is way more straight forward than the incorrect location CityMapper sends you to, which seems to be some housing estate behind it, and the entrance is way on the other side...
