I received a delivery of reclaimed Yorkstone paving about an hour ago. The driver was really helpful re-arranging products, delivered by other companies, that were blocking my drive. I was impressed by his skill, carefullness and attention to detail. Going the extra yard is what distinguishes good customer service from the usual couldn't care less attitude of so many companies.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, being greeted with 'what do you want' is a bad enough start. After that not helpful in any form. To top it off got quoted a rediculous amount for the stone needed. My advice to go elsewhere, much friendlier cheaper stone companies out there who actually want your business. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Used Horsham Stone for the first time. Absolutely Brilliant from start to finish. The Team was all very helpful guiding me through what types of Stone which colour and how much I needed. The Delivery service was the next day. No messing, straight forward and extremely professional. Could not recommend enough.

Great company, Aaron looked after me.
Was able to swap out stones. Had over 65m2 delivered and only one stone had an issue and was given a different one. Delivered when told.

Avoid like the plague! I ordered a quantity of Limestone and specifically advised that works were being completed on a series of days. But on the delivery day they advised me that it would be take another 2 weeks to be delivered. On questioning them they couldn't care a less and weren't too worried about the builders starting the job today. They were happy to take the money but aftercare was horrific. Go to DW NYE as they will look after you!

Truly atrocious company to deal with, placed an order for 2t on stone, and i allowed them to pick the delivery day. The chosen day came and went with no delivery and no contact from the company. In fact I even checked in the morning and was told between 2 & 4 - nope.
I then checked my bank account as I hadn't been advised of the total cost (online it said £60+VAT - itself a hike from the previous month) only to see i'd been stung with £48 for a delivery that never arrived.

When I queried this I was condescendingly told - lorries cost money!!!!!

I cancelled the order, and this is from a company that states on their website

I urge anyone reading this to shop elsewhere
