We went to take some rubbish today. The older man was lovely & helpful.
But the middle aged man standing there observing us then to be told we had put rubble in the wrong skip to be then told I have told you 3 times. I told him not to talk to my partner that way and continued to be rude to us. Your not a nice person sort your self out.

First time visiting and had a very good experience. Its great that they have so many recycling skips there and the staff there was very helpful and helped me get rid of a small heavy box full of electrical items. Love that they close at 8pm also!

I recently visited Hucknall recycling centre, and I was impressed by the hard work and dedication of the staff. They were always on their feet, sorting through various materials and ensuring the site was clean and tidy. While they can be a bit strict about where you dispose of your rubbish, it's clear they take their job seriously and want to maintain the recycling centre's high standards. I also appreciated how some of the staff were quite chatty, making the experience more personable and enjoyable. Review edited now I'm not so grumpy. Be very aware of closing times, as staff will allow a 20 car queue to build up near to closing time, only telling people waiting two minutes before they close that they won't be able to get in and shouldn't have queued.

Good place to take your rubbish though, and staff are helpful when you are on site.
