I have visited this Store a number of times, predominantly to get watch batteries replaced. The Team have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I recently wanted to sell some gold items that were no longer required and the transaction was dealt with by Penny (owner). Penny is a very helpful lady and provided me with a first class service and gave a very honest and fair price for the items in question. I cannot recommend this Business highly enough.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store in April this year, what a find! The staff were very helpful with nothing being too much trouble. I bought a second hand gold necklace and a new gold bracelet.

Unfortunately, the clasp on my necklace came undone on 3 occasions. I posted this back to Hungerford Jewellers and I was very impressed with the service Penny and her team provided. They replaced the clasp with a new one, posting it back to me within a week of receiving it.

Thank you for all your help. So happy to have my necklace back on.

I recently paid a visit with my partner to buy an engagement ring and I could not fault the team! They were super helpful, helping us choose from such a wide range of options they had to getting down to the final two.

They offered helpful information about the diamonds to make a final decision. We're so happy with the quality of the jewellery and will be sure to pay another visit! A lovely little gem in the centre of Hungerford.

What a wonderful shop, like Aladdin's cave so much to choose! I bought a bracelet which came apart after couple of months.I contacted the shop & Penny, the owner was very gracious & invited me to go to the shop & choose another which I did with the help of the lovely assistant Yvonne.Both these ladies were so helpful & accommodating, real old fashioned service. This shop is definitely worth a visit & I will be back ,Thank you

My daughter spent a lot of money on an antique ring,
paid £90 to have it re-sized. The ring has snapped and when I took it back to the shop the man I spoke to was not interested in what I had to say at all and said that she had caught the ring on something but she hadn’t and it had snapped where it had been joined. He was very unhelpful and wanted another £30 to have it repaired. Very poor service, would never use them again

Changed my mind and asked if I could sell back a peice of jewellery.
I was told the owner did not like to buy anything back.
I then went to the arcade and was told it was worth £65.
I had paid £700.
I threw it back at the shop and said keep it.
Disgusted at this rip off

This is a lovely jewellery shop. It has an extensive range.

Speaking to the owner, she had an amazing knowledge of antique jewellery and the reason behind why certain items are designed in a particular way.
