Reasonable service although you often have to change at Newbury to get anywhere. No ticket office and the ticket machine can often fail to print all the coupons when collecting a ticket. There is a help point but all that appears good for is wasting your time rather than solving a problem, my most recent attempt to use it went to an Indian call centre that put me on hold as an excuse to drop the call. They would be better off removing the help point and using the space for a second ticket machine.

One of the reviewers mentioned a coffee lady, also someone mentioned, neither of which I have seen, not even a ticket machine, so either book online, bring your own coffee, if you need your β€˜fix’ or pay for one on the train just be prepared to pay through the nose! Trains are quite regular, with good access to London.

There is only 1 ticket machine with a touch screen that needs readjusting. Some people really struggle to select their options (particularly the Buy ticket button which everyone has to select) and huge queues are always created because of this. When the train comes there is always a few people that couldn't buy their tickets in time. In the plus side there is a lovely lady with a coffee van in the mornings.

Perfect station has a good value car park and a lady in the morning selling good quality coffee from a wagon. Trains are quite frequent, I use the app to keep me updated with the times.
