This is a highly impressive recycling centre, managed by a friendly and helpful team. In particular, on at least two visits, I've noticed team members helping members of the public dispose of heavy or bulky items. Team members appear to look out for people who may be less strong than others. This is a very well organised public service (I rarely wait during off-peak periods) for which I, and I'm sure others, are hugely grateful. Thank you so much!

Went today with a couple of bootfulls!
The first time a really love gentleman helped me which I know they’re probably not supposed to do but it brightened my day no end. The workers are always cleaning the site and keeping it safe, nothing is too much trouble and even when it’s busy they are still helpful!

What a waste of time booking in. 40 cars in the queue and I walked to many of them and NO ONE has booked a time. 45 mins queuing for a system that Rugby council do not enforce.

What a joke.

Great idea for allowing cars to dispose all the rubbish here, instead of trowing in the nature.
You should advertise more, as its hard to find on Google a place like this

It is a self service centre. You park ur car, grab ur garbage to the trash skip.

No one check my booking, it saved some times.I m not sure whether everyone do their booking. It is a busy area and cars queue in the morning.

I had a booked slot for 15:35, but after I drove 20 miles, I realised they close at 15:15. Maybe you need to update your booking system.

A great place to recycle almost everything or just to throw it away. The staff always helpful and when asked will advise you where to place your items to recycle.
Nearly always now there is a queue to get your vehicle in but it doesn't take too long.
The charity shop is useful for the odd things and all electrical items are checked.
Probably one of the best recycling centres in the area.
There is a height restriction of 2 m or 6 foot 6 inches at the public entrance.
