We had quite a large project, which being new to this stuff, meant we underestimated how much material we needed. Sam and Lucy were amazing. Going out of their way to assist and advise. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend these guys

My son and I were in desperate need of top soil on a client's job and after calling Huws Gray in Cirencester and speaking to Kevin, we were put at ease immediately.
The professional response was astonishing with a swift resolution to our dilemma.
Our problem was resolved promptly and our order honoured.
The delivery was as promised with a friendly and accommodating driver.
The soil ticked the boxes for our needs but we needed more so a sharpish phone to Kevin and he did his magic once again.
In fairness, we weren't giving Huws much time to organise this but they totally understood our predicament and hatched a plan.
This customer service is what people need these days. They're friendly and prompt with very competitive pricing too.

Terrible management there, ordered twice and they always say it’s in stock, then they turn up with something different.
Say they will refund the difference and you have to chase and explain everything again. Avoid to the max !!
