By far, the best builders merchants in uxbridge denny and Rob behind the counter are spot on... what they don't know about building products is not worth knowing.. fair price and a friendly place to go.. I visited 3 other merchants before I saw these guys never go back. One stop shop

The product I needed was cheaper on Amazon and other places, but I like to support my local shops and retailers, so I went to the Uxbridge branch of Crescent. Mayhem is the only word I can use to describe this place! Hardly any parking available (I had to double, triple park) about 6 or 7 customers inside, 2 sales assistants serving, 3rd on the phone, 3 or 4 others loitering behind the desks, (doing nothing) no eye contact, no acknowledgement, just no system, no service, no professionalism, nothing! Avoid like the plague! Crescents loss, Amazons gain!
