These guys refuse to take my details off their systems and ignore requests for GDPR information. They bombard with emails and phone calls despite numerous attempts of telling them we are not interested and clicking unsubscribe. They are now on our black list of suppliers.

Really disappointed with the service received from this company today. Called at 9am for an emergency call out as my downstairs was flooding anytime water was used or ran in the home, was told a work order would be sent through straight after the call and they would get to me as soon as possible, 2 hours later I rang again to chase the work order and was told exactly the same and I said if they couldn't do it no problem just let me know and ill find someone else. 4 hours later still nothing. I won't be chasing again I'll use another company. Very unprofessional and upsetting. There is no excuse for poor customer service, they had my number and email to contact me.

My company has been bombarded with marketing emails normal 4 per day to different emails requesting we use them - I’m not sure this marketing strategy works apart from putting them on our never ever use list ….

I put a lot of business to Hydroclensing; maintly via Shane and have always found the company (and Shane) to be quick to response and complete work to a very high standard. Staff seem engaged and work is fairly priced.
