Very helpful people. I live down on the south coast and they had the part I needed for my Nissan, they posted it next day to me, so within 48 hours of first speaking to them my part arrived. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if required.

Despite paying about 50% more than the average eBay or other site value for the injector wiring loom I desperately needed very impressed/extremely happy as my car is back on the road. Did a quote through a part finding website around 11.30am, got linked to Hygrade motor spares. Phone them up and by 12.30pm the car part I needed was paid for and shipped from Manchester. Arrived next before 11am. This was for a Honda Civic Type R EP3 injector wiring loom which was proving hard to find for my project car.

I needed a part that was no longer available from the dealership for our customers old Honda and found a listing through ebay, I contacted them and found them very professional and very helpful, great communication and a quick turn round which was essential for me to get the car turned round quickly for our customer. Don't buy anything from them, You will be in trouble,I bought engine from them and they sent wrong engine, when I wanted to return the item, it took 3 weeks, Until I drove to Manchester to them and I live in London, I dropped the engine and they sent the money after two weeks and they charge me for delivery and they sent the wrong item for me. In my experience don't buy anything from them. It will be a hard to return the item.

Messed me about a little bit.

I called two weeks ago to find a part. Called 12 times in total over the course of the past two weeks. Every time, I would have my number noted down and be told I would get a call back same day, but I never got a call back.

Depending on who answered the phone, the excuse for having not checked the car for the part I needed was different, even on the same day. One person might say their lift is broken, another person half an hour later might say it was because of the rain, another might say there are cars blocking it that need moving.

The reason I'm not giving one star is that they did get a picture of the part to me while it was on the car, then again once they cut off the half that I needed. Still further than I got with anyone else.

A confusing exchange then happened before I gave up, like:

Me: It's the other half I needed, you can see it's been cut off in this picture of the one you stripped off the car yesterday.

Them: We don't have that part.

Me: As in you've thrown it away?

Them: We don't have it. Be sure to describe what you need in more detail next time.

Bit frustrating. I described specifically the the fitting that connects to the fuel tank was what I needed. I was very clear, multiple times. Now I have to scrap my car, as this was my last chance at finding the part. Disappointing.

So, you might have the same experience I had with this guys. However, despite it being like getting blood from a stone, they're honestly still somehow the best breaker I dealt with. The bar was set pretty low. I still believe these guys might be your best bet. Good luck to you, fellow old car owners.

Appreciate the help from the lads. They found me the same colour door for my Nissan note. Saved me on painting also they managed to fit the door on. HAPPY DAYS. WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND
