This was my first visit and I was very impressed with how professional and friendly the people were. It was all very clear and easy to navigate and represents really good value for money. I was able to watch 3 large black bags of paperwork be shredded and everything was explained well. On return I had a certificate of destruction emailed to me with a copy of the invoice. Really well run and valuable operation if you need confidential waste disposed of . Will definitely use again. Thank you.

If you want to securely shred confidential papers, hard drives, and phones then use Identity Destruction.

Recently used their walk-in service. Very helpful & friendly shredding several tower PC hard drives, external hard drives, phones, and 3 large sacks of confidential paper effortlessly. Fully visible on large screens so you know everything's fully shredded.

Visited twice in 24hrs with 80kg and 30kg of confidential paperwork. Hannah was super helpful and shredded it there and then with me watching the whole time. Supper easy, with no appointments needed, just turned up and job done within 15mins. Then same day I had an email with certificates of destruction in my email inbox. Thanks ID, I will be using yoru servcies again.
