Put my details in on their website and got a call back from them - a really nice and professional attitude. Said they could come out the next day to take my old car. Next morning, got a phone call - different person , but same demeanour - saying their operator would be with me in about 30 minutes. An absolute unit came - again, really nice lad - and fad the car pinched up and away in 15-20 minutes. Really great company.

Phoned up this morning 7.30 spoke to lovely girl on reception really helpfull and chatty specialy for 7.30 am she got my car picked up and taken away for 8.15 pick up guy was polite and friendly to great job I have never scraped a car before but I now no where to go and forward friends and family nice work thank you

Seriously impressive service! I entered my details through their website, got a call back within 10 minutes and my car was collected 2 hours later. Brilliant service. Super speedy to collect the car. Collection guy turned up on time and removed the car from an awkward place no problems. Money was in my account within a couple of hours after the collection. And, the answer the phone almost immediately... What more could you ask for... Excellent job all around... Definitely use again
