Pretty good refuse dump, one of the best in the area. However, depositing brick rubble is done per bag, which you now have to pay for, which is a real downer when you dont need a skip. Recently, they are now helping you from car to large skip, which is a bonus

This is a very good tip ,the staff are friendly and helpful and it's always well organised ,I find it's better to visit on week days as its a bit quiter than the weekend, you mostly have to queue at the weekend but not during the week .
This tip is an asset to the area and is better than some I have visited in other areas .I hope they don't try to introduce the appointment system some tips have ,a turn up and queue is so much better and it always seems to run smoothly here without issue ,likely due to the great staff ,I hope they get paid well .

I visited the ilkeston branch
today after refusal at the Beeston branch.What a nice experience it turned out to be they were very busy but they still found time to help me with my stuff .A big thank you Ikeston Staff .We'll done on a very hot day.Tom.
