I've awarded 2 stars due to the sometimes inconsistent attendance for the monthly servicing of our sanitary bins. On several occasions, I’ve had to make 2 or 3 follow-up calls before Initial attended, as documented in my work diary.

I have had a clinical waste and sharps collection in place with this company for three years - read your T&C's before you sign up would be my advice. Collections are rare, comms and customer service dreadful. If you want to be chasing a waste management company more than they actually collect your waste this is the company for you!
