We had electrical trouble with our motorhome, which was difficult to identify. Everyone so helpful and sorted the problem out and cleaned the exterior of the vehicle as well, including the roof which we can't reach!

After a year of not driving, my car's battery went flat. They swiftly picked up the car, replaced the battery, and returned it, all within three days. Kudos to their prompt service!

Excellent Customer Service. We recently stayed for a short break in Abingdon just outside Oxford. On the first morning of our stay our car would not start. We called our Recovery company who sent a member of staff from Isis Rescue and Repair. He stated that the battery was flat but thought the Alternator was not charging it properly. He very kindly arranged for a pickup truck to collect our car for recovery to their garage. They also informed us that they had ordered an Alternator so would be able to repair it the next day. The following morning we received a call from the garage explaining that the car was absolutely fine now and did not need any repairs. I asked about collecting the vehicle. Initially they said they were unable to deliver the car back as they were very busy. I said I would get a taxi to them but then they very kindly agreed to return the vehicle to our hotel that morning. The car was back with us within less than an hour. The service we received from this company was exceptional and all the members of staff we spoke to were extremely helpful. Thank you again for all your assistance

My car broke down a couple of weeks ago on Donnington Bridge, and I arranged to have it picked up by Isis Rescue. Their phone service was reasonably quick and certainly friendly, although their voicemail could do with being shortened somewhat.

The car was investigated the following morning and discovered to have a fuel pump issue which would cost ~£1k to repair. Not knowing anything about this type of problem, I asked them lots of questions to understand their reasoning, and they were happy to have me come out to the garage where they explained the problem in detail. I approved the work and they began that afternoon. Overall, a friendly and fairly quick service.

On completing the works, they discovered that there was a problem with the part they had ordered and needed to get another one, delaying the return of the car for another 24 hours. I was rather unhappy with this, as I'm not 100% confident that the new part is of high enough quality and that I won't have issues with it in the coming months. They did provide a warranty however, which covers me for 20,000 miles or 12 months. Make sure you get the same if possible!

Overall, the guys at Isis Rescue were friendly and helpful, providing clear answers to my questions. I'm just a little dissatisfied that the repair was delayed by the need to replace the part a second time. I'm also somewhat uncomfortable with the risk of the new part failing. Time will tell whether this is justified...

I bought a car from dealer and on my way home some problems appeared, the car dealer to get know what's wrong booked some tests and checks in this garage.
The garage kept my car for 3full days for some tests (?) to find the issues appeared. During my collection I've been told that everything is fine and no issues with it but as soon I collected all of issues appeared. The main issue was the passenger seat belt which needed to be fasten otherwise the warning signs was on. How was possible that no one could see / hear it? especially when they took the car for long road test? also no one could see that the engine heat never gets 90 degrees and it caused star/stop working properly.
Car was there from Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon and car dealer told me that they charged for 1 working hour only (?) it means no one bothered to look on it properly.

Fantastic service.
Truck came promptly, and incredibly managed to reverse up a narrow, steep, twisty driveway.
Driver was polite, courteous and friendly, and dropped my car and me at a repair centre near my home. We had a good chat about his favourite sports stars back home in Bulgaria!

My son broke down on his way to a job interview. I called Isis, who were very helpful, and within an hour they had picked him up, delivered him to the interview and recovered the car to their depot. The guys at Isis kept in touch to let us know what was happening, and overall made a very stressful situation a lot better!

Brilliant service! Broke down in Aldi car park, not a problem at all! Picked up and recovered back home all inside of an hour. Top notch! Hopefully don't have to use them again but if we do then we will definitely use them.
