Ryan did a great job of clearing the house and garage which belonged to a recently deceased relative. The price was fair for the amount of work involved and the job was completed within less time than estimated. Ryan was helpful from my first phone call, understanding it was for a house clearance following a bereavement and that I didn't live on the island. He came when he said to quote and arranged the clearance as quickly as possible. I felt the quote was reasonable considering the property had awkward access and some awkward items. I like the fact he takes what can be donated to charity. I was not able to be there on the day, but the Landlords were very happy with the result of the clearance. Ryan even cleared some extra rubbish in the garden for a very small additional amount - still well within the range of his original quote. I was very impressed all round.
