They were abusing and threatening to my partner as she tried to find out why they were emptying the skip. They didn’t do their job to collect the cash. I ticked a box online to say “cash on collection” no one tried to get payment. They’ve seen that we’re a young couple and treated us very poorly. No warning of emptying the skip on my property and onto the street. They were also going through the skip and commenting on things and say whether they’re valuable or not. Please avoid using this company altogether. They’re much more professional and cheaper services available. Please do not use these people. They’re extremely patronising and do not care about the issue they have created by not doing their jobs.

Do not use this company. I said I’d pay cash upon collect/delivery. The driver never knocked to collect cash. Received an invoice for the skip in the afternoon after they came and emptied it on the road and left smashed glass everywhere in the street. They lied about leaving voicemails and knocking at my property. Even the big boss man came to empty the skip and still didn’t even knock. Just emptied and left a dangerous pile of glass and everything else.

Quick, efficent & reasonably priced service. I was very surprised when the driver turned up as usually skip drivers just grunt at you - this chap was polite, well spoken and nothing was too much trouble. The skips were clean and well presented and if I had a grumble it would be that he had not washed his hi-viz jacket for around a week I would say.
