Excellent lorry rescue service. A aggregate delivery lorry got banked 3 inches from my house on a slope; it was perilous. J&A arrived and sorted everything out I can’t thank them enough.

I called J & A recovery today to recover my coach from Enfield to High Wycombe. They quoted me £950 when another company in Enfield called Lantern charged me £380-00 Don't bother calling J&A .They are very rude and very very expensive.

Recovered my car after water ingress in the flash floods. Retrieved my personal items from the car before the insurance arranged for the car to be taken away. Kept them until I was able to collect them some four weeks later, with no charge. The lady who served me was so nice and polite. Thanks again.

If you’re moped or motorcycle has been stolen, contact this place as it has helped a lot of people find stolen vehicles on Facebook. This is a police recovery service, you will be charged appropriately for a police recovery fee as well as day storage. Probably best just to pay as if you go through your insurance, you will still have an excess on your insurance.

Very helpful people.. Sophie was extremely sympathetic. These guys had my brothers car after some nasty characters stole it from his "half way" house in Ashford, after stealing the main keys to break into his room, just after he passed away.. #bottomfeeders

My apologies the negative review that was initially replied to was for H&M advanced Autos.I don't know how it got on this review!? Anyhow I had an altogether better experience with J & A Recovery Ltd . My classic gixxer Suzuki 750t srad Movistar 170mph super bike, being my pride and joy, was parked in the road causing an obstruction whilst under an SORN. Rightly so J & A were simply commissioned to come and pick up the bike since they are an official police holding compound. I received a letter by recorded delivery within 1 day of the bike being seized. I rang up up the receptionist in the storage department, Amy I believe her name was she was very polite took my name and said to the boss would ring me back when when he wasn't busy. It seems they were probably too busy see because they didn't ring me. Although I was getting very anxious to get my bike back, especially being charged daily (although it was only £10 a day and a £150) for causing an obstruction inc. the pickup fee I believe. I read what documents were needed from a police website stating policy for seized motor vehicles and I was under the impression that I didn't have the right documents and with only 14 days until the vehicle would be disposed was rather fearful. I was convinced that they were trying to nab my bike for nothing. I need not have worried Amy set my mind at ease, even though I didn't personally have photographic ID and the motorbike wasn't registered in my (because I had only just bought the bike) were able to to arrange enough ID & somebody with photographic ID the logbook and a friend and who put it in the back of his van) I could have really got it out out the next day it got seized although it only cost me me £200 inc 5 days storage and we had plenty of time to spare after rescuing the bike from whatever fate was in store for it after the 14 days were up. They even had my motorcycle gloves bagged up separately with the crash helmet and no damage whatsoever to the bike or helmet😀
