A first-class experience for our 10-year old Mercedes cabriolet. The car needed a major service and some catch up work following our recent purchase. The Reception staff were very helpful sorting everything out and estimating in advance what the additional items would likely cost. The mechanics reported some advisory things to keep an eye on for future service work. Happy to recommend.

A friend sold me his 2004 Audi TT 3.2 Quattro for a very reasonable price though on inspection, there was rather a lot wrong with it! It has turned out to be quite a project for all at
J Day and I can't thank them enough for all their time and care. Hours have been spent on it - checking it thoroughly initially, advising and explaining all that was needed to get it roadworthy, giving me a rough estimate of the cost, sourcing parts and finally completing all the necessary work. It now drives beautifully and I am so thrilled to have an Audi TT again. Thank you yet again to all at J Day - you are the best!

Bought a car from Bristol, on way home (Stalbridge) the engine management light came on. Informed dealership who said to book it into your local garage which is J Day, as we have always used them. They were able to identify the issue straight away, and understood our predicament with the dealership, as they were being very difficult and refusing to pay the repairs. However, we decided to go ahead and J Day were brilliant at repairing the faults and even went out their way for us. Fantastic garage and car drives like a dream!! Thank you to everyone at J Day especially Steve who had dealings with the dealership!

I had damaged my bumper and J Day took on the insurance repair. They had problems with the colour match but they stuck with it and the result was spot on. The match was perfect. The overall experience with J Day was exceptional. They kept me updated and picked me up to collect the car.

The friendly staff could not have been more helpful, sourcing precisely the right tyres for my needs and going to some lengths to obtain a steering arm very particular to my model of car. Despite this, the bill was less than the estimate and I returned home with a car ready for another year's motoring. I can heartily recommend J Day Eng. and their excellent customer relations.
