I can't praise Michael and his team highly enough for the work done on my car which prior to going to see him I feared it a write-off but with his easy assurance he told me not to worry and my wee car would be road worthy again. I'm happy to report he is a man of his word and I am reunited with said wee car and am back on the roads better than ever....if I could give him more than 5 stars I would gladly do it. A decent man with a highly skilled team so many thanks and I look forward to the next time my wee car is in the wars!

I was rescued by J &J Campsie via Greenflag on Friday night. I was quite distressed being stranded on the M74 whilst travelling home from my mother's funeral. They could not have been nicer. The gentleman took one look under the car and said that the engine had seized and it was a known fault with Kias and he would just take us home. They were so calm and helpful. I am very grateful.

Absolutely shameful the way they treated my partner on the 21st of January.

After filling her car, she went to pay but her app failed and the payment wouldn't go through. They refused to let her out the garage to go for an alternative payment method, despite hwr using the garage regularly.
She made a payment by bank transfer, but they held her in the shop for almost 30 minutes, causing emmbarrassent and humiliation.

She even showed on her phone the transfer had left her account, still they wouldn't let her leave.

My partner his children, one disabled, and she absolutely had to get back home for them.

Shame on you foe treating her like that, absolutely appalling.

I called early on a Saturday afternoon to ask if there was any availability to book me in over the coming days to fix an urgent fault with my car.
The person who answered the call was helpful, took my details, explained the proprietor had popped out and said that they would ask him to call me back as soon as he got back.
Three hours passed and I called them back. The proprietor answered and when I started to explain that I had called earlier about my car, he cut me off, said the office (which is the next room to and open to the shop where he took the call) was shut and that I would need to call back on Monday. Rude, abrupt and a really poor way to to treat a customer.
I won't attempt to give this business any custom again.

Five star service from start to finish. My car wouldn't start in the recent freezer cold, but these guys were on the ball and had me back up and running again within an hour. Fast, efficient service. Very friendly and extremely informative - I was phoned to let me know when the recovery guy would be there and when he arrived he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys for all your help and advice.

They came out to change my flat tyre through my breakdown provider. The gentleman who came out was lovely and even showed me how to change it myself (I had tried and not managed to do it myself!). I've had horrible experiences with other mechanics in the past from other places where I've been spoken down to and patronised, the mechanic tonight was the complete opposite and I'm very pleased with the service. Thank you!

I cannot rate this garage more highly !! After our car developed a problem outside of Biggar we limped into the town on a Sunday afternoon. I was recommended this garage by a local and it was well deserved. They sorted the parts out and replaced the damaged tyre and we got on our way a few days later. Thank you to Michael his team , they were brilliant 👏👏

Thanks to Craig for his professionalism, I'm back on the road again with car and caravan after breaking down on motorway following a mistake from my main dealer service 'forgot to tighten sump plug'. couldn't have asked for a better recovery outcome! Prompt, friendly would recommend.
