Had a very good experience with this company after my vehicle was stolen and recovered. I had some issues with the Police getting the vehicle released but the company was very helpful especially the owner. The staff were fantastic, from the lady on the phone to the young man out in the yard. Just wanted to thank them for all their help in a very stressful situation. Hopefully I won’t need them again but would have no hesitation recommending them.

After ringing a couple of other recovery companies who don't think its part of their remit to talk other than to convey that you need them and they don't need you - I rang J & K Recovery. The lady on reception had the job sorted and costed in 10 minutes and my truck was recovered. The guy who drove to pick it up - and whose name I now annoyingly forget - rang when he was on his way and when he was near - he then kept us informed on the journey back. Great job all round. Disgraceful and Inhumane Treatment at J & K Recovery. I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service and the utterly disrespectful treatment I received at J & K Recovery Limited. I arrived at your premises after a fall from my bicycle while en route to inquire about my impounded vehicle. Covered in mud and understandably distressed, I approached the counter to seek information on vehicle recovery and politely requested a glass of water to clean my hands and shoes. Instead of offering any assistance or even a semblance of sympathy, the two female employees at the counter responded with a barrage of curt and dismissive remarks. They displayed a complete lack of empathy and treated me with a level of disdain that was both shocking and deeply upsetting. Their refusal to provide a simple glass of water while I was clearly in need, coupled with their aggressive and unprovoked hostility, left me feeling utterly dehumanized. This experience has left me deeply traumatized and will undoubtedly deter me from ever utilizing your services or recommending them to anyone. J & K Recovery Limited should be ashamed of the unprofessional and inhumane conduct of its employees.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I run a business what has a large fleet of vehicles, our vehicle was seized what was completely out of the businesses hand, after a month of us not being able to collect the vehicle of no fault of our own we received a text to say it was ready for collection, we was there less than a hour after receiving this text the women on the front desk who owns the company called “Joanne” lied and said the vehicle had already been collected by the finance company, I then proceeded to ring the finance company who I have a close relationship with and was told “no, we have not recovered any of your vehicles” what to us was worrying as the vehicle is worth over £25k and we are being told by the owner of J&K that the vehicle was already collected, luckily we track all of our vehicles and could see it was located at the premises still. we then asked why she had lied she laughed and walked away with no explanation - the finance company rang J&K and spoke to lianne who was told that we are able to collect the vehicle - after all of the stress that J&K gave us the had the audacity to state that they had right to take our electric scooter that was in the boot! Luckily we locked the vehicle just in time. I cannot believe how unprofessional, delusional and how this business is still able to run. UPDATE ON REPLY Vehicle has been with you twice from police as we are a vehicle hire company - the police are unable to tell us what our customers do in the vehicle. So it is now fault of our own. Also I understand the finance company wanted to authorities the realise of the vehicle but why would you lie and say it’s already been collected by them? And then to laugh at us when we questioned it ? completely unacceptable and unprofessional- then to try and say you want us to leave the electric scooter in that was in the boot of the vehicle, that is clearly not your possessions? There are other reviews that state they have had their possession “lost” whilst their vehicles are in your possession? Pathetic response with no sort of accountability or apology just proves how unprofessional the company is.

Today I lost faith in people. And I don't know how unprofessional you can be. Just yesterday I called your employee informing me that I can pick up the car today. She informed me in a very nice voice that I should not worry, because she marked in the system not to move the car, and if she wants to come today, I have to be at least at 12.30 because she has to check the documents and you close at 1.00. assured that the car is there and I can pick it up. I even asked what the exact cost would be. To my surprise, today I call the company, a woman answered very brusquely that my car was taken to scrap yesterday. I am asking how incompetent an employee must be. Woman, I think she got there by accident. Just being shocked, I politely ask when that lady will be there, I just wanted some explanation. Dear lady got excited and said that shouting at her or her friend will not solve anything. So in response I stated that I do not intend to shout I'm just trying to understand, Get any explanation for this situation. Because this lady, apart from the fact that she could only explain herself that she doesn't know that she's working today is the first day that my car is gone. She tried to get rid of me quickly. Only I recorded all the conversations with the previous lady, Ba yesterday, being at the police station with the policeman, I talked to her and she assured me that she will check things again to be sure and assured me that I should not be nervous. I m really unhappy.

Andre not only recovered my car safely from MK and dropped at MB dealership, he also advised me on the fault codes and went above and beyond in explaining the fault codes, the potential reasons and solutions. Really knowledgable staff and I am very happy with his service.
