January 18th no skip. Ordered it late December by post as I had list of items I needed to check before putting in skip. All my contact details in it plus the skip size and delivery type I wanted. No reply. January 3 landline, 2 mobile calls to them, one engage 4 continuous rings no answer or call back. 2 emails to their website email address both received as they would have been sent back to my Gmail inbox as undelivered. No reply. 10am no skip. Had stroke last year then hole in the heart discovered, have a bowel cancer test 3rd February. Trying to get house clearence junk out of the way to get decorators in. Didn't have this trouble last year with same skip service ordered. Feel really let down by it all. Now will have to find another skip firm just to keep going and keep on track.

Superb business. Have been using for years for various house projects. Service from front of house to delivery and pick up is so easy. Very friendly and polite. Always accommodating too. The gentleman with the really smart hat is brilliant! Would highly recommend!

Royles Skip hire are super! I have used this company several times now and haven’t had a bad experience, from calling and ordering the skip, down to drop off and collection everything was done professionally with great communication and also the guys on delivery/collection, customer service is fantastic! Skip arrived on time and driver was very good at his job as the area the skip needed to go was quite tight! 10/10 for the driving skills! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend this skip company!

We have Just had our skip collected, would highly recommend using this company, it was our first skip hire so I didn’t have a clue what size to order and what I could fill it with, I telephoned the company explained what I would be using it for they recommend the size explained what we could use to fill and delivered the next day, agreed a pick up day but I needed to extend the use of the skip so I phoned to re arrange with no problems at all.
I Found the drivers to be very polite.
Over all excellent service with fantastic communication .
A highly reputable company.
