Had a skip ordered for a Tuesday morning. Rang for an eta to be told it was booked for Wednesday. Lie. Then told that they were short of drivers and that it would be delivered on the Wednesday. No skip on wednesday. No phone call either. Very disappointed. Job is on a main road and I have had to explain to my customer why we are piling up rubbish outside her front door. I get 15 skips per year. Will be going somewhere else from now on. Unreliable

I visited the premises for the first time,and if first impression is anything to go by my first impression is wow what a great place.

When I am wrong I will admit it, when I was asked by the person who interviewed me on the day how old am i,a thought flashed through my head that I wouldn't get the job and I have been proven correct.

I have used many different skip firms over the years and I'd say these guys are miles better than any I've used before. Delivered a skip the same day we asked and, at the end of the project, collected the day we rang to tell them it was ready to go. I'm sure they can't always do that but that was very impressive! I've waited several days at both ends of a hire before now!

Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again!

I have used James Hartley for a number of years and they have always provided an excellent service and their prices are generally lower than most. I have almost always been able to get a skip delivered the same day if I ring with enough notice and they generally collect within a reasonable time either same day or next. I would highly recommend if your after a skip.

Ordered for today (Friday) came on time on the dot, friendly driver and very helpful. Placed the skip where I asked him too. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Service was first class.

I have used them a few times now, always prompt delivery and pick up on time when arranged, the drivers are polite and helpful and even helped me throw some heavier bits in I couldn't manage. Very reasonable prices compared to other local companies. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
