I have been buying second hand spare parts in this garage for many years. But last week I meet the young man whom I show growing up as his dad set up the business. The boy was very rude to me I swear to never own a toyota car in my life time.. Just because he want to change me handling fee for a part I did not use and I refused. I have the recorded video of insult from the boy. Very rude young man.

I had really bad experience in this garage.
The garage owner was shouting at me and he was so rood.
He threw my battery on the ground out of his shop as he gave me the money in a very unrespectful way
Honestly, I don't think in Nottingham there is more despicable than his dealings with his customers.
