Quite shabby but with great people and friendly prices and service. They should be able to supply parts to all makes of Japanese cars, particularly Toyota, Nissan, Mazda etc. They will usually quote for a part with an install service, so double check what the price includes.

Rang because of an urgent need for a check of my rear differential, got told the ramp was full and hung up on.
No offer of when it could be seen in the next few days, no attempt at all to offer any kind of assistance or even to politely say goodbye.
