A good experience, easily booked in online. The car was picked up within a few days by a nice fella who phoned before hand to confirm a time he would collect. Money was in the bank a couple of hours later. No complaints at all.

Sadly a very poor experience. After I didnt hear from them within the 36hours they say they would contact, several emails were completely ignored, including the one cancelling.

Nearly a week later, driver calls, my first contact about collecting a car I had already cancelled.

If you desperately need a car to be collected quickly, certainly don't rely on JB Pearce to do it for you.

Absolutely brilliant service . This is the second car I’ve scrapped with JB Pearce and both times it has been straightforward , quick and extremely good prices paid! Just used JB Pearce to pick up son’s written off car after an accident. Excellent service, the lady on the phone at Scrap metal went above and beyond to expedite removal as I was under pressure from police to have it moved. Driver who collected polite, helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend.
