Wake me up at 6 am regularly, im sure thats not allowed legally !!!!

As a household we are very keen on our efforts to recycle so I approached J&B for more information on what we could do to improve what we did. (no joy with the local authority) They couldn't be more helpful and actually invited me to their plant in Hartlepool to see what goes on behind closed doors. It was amazing and I commend their efforts to educate. If only all firms were the same and connected with the public as much.

Truely an outstanding company to work with. We have been working with them for many years and with each new site we have opened it was a no brainer to use them again. Charlie is amazing, he makes the process simple and smooth, no ask is too big for him. We also had the privilege to have a tour of the facility with Ingrid, it was unreal, I would definitely recommend. J&B's commitment to the environment and educating the wider community is inspiring.

Our business uses J&B recycling for our bins, from setting up the contract to getting the bins delivered has been swift and easy from start to finish. We had tried more well known brands on our initial search for a recycling company after 6 weeks of being messed around by two different very well names in the local area, we had seen one of J&B bin wagons around our local town and decided to give them a go, customer service has always been top notch, replies are fast and easy to understand. I would 100% recommend J&B Recycling for any company, in just over a week from the first phone call we had our contract signed, bins delivered and our first collection.
