JD Drains came out to the Reading Gateway estate to carry out works following an estate wide waste pipe blockage (again, maybe the twelfth time now the estate has been blocked). Their equipment/trucks are impressive bits of kit with the black and orange livery. I had a chat with one of the guys who turned out to be the owner of the company. Joe is very polite, knowledgeable and approachable and he explained to me the work that was going on and showed me footage of the main rainwater pipe they had just cleaned (it’s huge btw, could drive a large van down that thing). Great conversation - nice talking to you Joe.
Impressive company and no hesitation in giving these guys 5 stars.

Called these guys to help work out why my septic tank was blocked. They emptied it before giving it a good check. After some serious graft they managed to clear out a blockage in my soak away and saved me a small fortune in replacing it. Highly recommended

Initially had my tank emptied and cleaned by JD Drains and the service was professional, reliable and the communication was excellent from the start. I’ve since used them for my CCTV homebuyers inspection of the drains and again, couldn’t fault them. Joe couldn’t have been more helpful and was very accommodating when time was pressured! Used them for a domestic call out for a blocked drain. Toilet roll and sewage coming out of exterior drain. Team were fast, informative, efficient, kind (came out as soon as I called!!!) and I would highly recommend their services. I am in a new build with notoriously tricky drains (cheers developer!) but they seemed well versed in these issues in and around Shinfield/Reading. Thank you again for assisting.

Five star service from JD Drains today, to unblock a private drain to the Thames Water manhole, including a broken drain rod that I'd managed to snap off halfway down the run. A series of text messages allowed us to give details of the job including photos, the response time was less than two hours, with more text messages to keep us updated on the time of arrival. Two operatives and a jetting unit sorted it out in no time at all, leaving the area clean and tidy. Simple online invoice and feedback system on completion. Great job guys!I
