This skip lying in front of my house nearly a month . Not picked still . Booked by my seller
by mistake . Now I m paying parking tickets because of this . I’m calling them daily but everyday saying someone will come but no definite time. From past few days they stopped taking my phone as well .
Only god knows when they are going to come.

I was sceptical to use after seeing previous reviews. However I did call and compare and the deal they offered was great, I also mentioned concerns i saw listed and were happy enough to discuss through. They answered all my questions & concerns. Used them twice so far for a house move and at last minute, an office move. I had said a time frame and that it needed to be stuck to, they let me know the best way to make that happen and resulted in a seamless process. And a big thank you to Josh for replacing the garden gnome, even though it wasn't their fault. Would recommend.

We have had damage to our property by one of the skip drivers, they have damaged cameras, our garden wall and our garage door, I continue to phone and complain and Josh has been saying since the 23rd of May that he would attend to resolve the issue and hasn’t, we are now 15/05 and still nothing had happened. The driver was abusive to myself and rude and Josh has refused to provide public liability insurance. We have CCTV proof of all the damage.

Waste of time. I ordered a skip online, I received no confirmation email. I chased up via email but they’re super slow to reply, 1-2 days per email. After five days I gave up because it was Friday and I needed the skip the following Tues. Looking at some of the other reviews, I doubt the skip would have arrived on time anyway…

Delivery of the skip was delayed as their vehicle was off the road. Now been waiting 3 weeks for collection, I ring every day & am told yes it will be today! Last week I was told they have no vehicles as the government has taken them off the road & they are relying on help.
They never call back when they say they will. Their landline numbers are unobtainable.
Meanwhile I have a skip on my drive & restricted access to my property.
This is the 2nd time we have used this company, last time we waited 5 weeks for collection. Unfortunately my builder used them again!

Where do I start. Very quick to deliver and take your cash, but waiting forever for the skip to be collected.
Ring all of the numerous phone numbers - auto response numbers not available.
Yet they ring me from them to ask me 'has the skip been collected?'
Wish I had read the latest batch of reviews before using them. Lesson learnt.
They don't know I work for HMRC and tempted to inform my colleagues of their approach to accepting cash or adding VAT to card payments.
If they are VAT registered they should charge VAT on everything, if not then they should not charge it.
Either way it is a criminal offence to defraud HMRC and/or the public.

My experience may be valuable for those new to hiring a skip. I placed an order two weeks before needing it, and it arrived as scheduled. However, during the removal process, the weight of the skip and rubbish caused damage to my driveway. When I contacted customer service, the explanation given was that it was my responsibility. While I understand that, it would have been helpful if the experienced skip operators had advised me to use something to distribute the weight or recommended placing it on a paved surface. Moreover, I would have appreciated guidance on how to address the issue, rather than a simple reference to the terms and conditions.

Used the company for a few times and have they always been extremely professional and reliable also very helpful-
I spoke to a lady Danielle the owners partner was amazing with her approach really impressed. Danielle was excellent with everything we needed.
