I have used "John the Skip" for many years now and have always been impressed by the competitive rates and very friendly service. The drivers are always polite and considerate when on site. They do there best to collect the skip quickly once off hired. Nicola in the office is always very friendly and helpful when taking the order over the phone. I would highly recommend.

Without doubt one of the best customer service I've ever received. Nicola was so helpful and knowledgeable, and her advice saved me a lot of money. John dropped off the skip on time and collected it just as prompt. I'm not from Maidenhead, and was apprehensive enquiring. Nicola put me at ease and my trust in her proved to be well worth it. Highly recommend.

Great service and affordable! We used one of their 6 yd skips for some house renovation. The lady on the phone was great with her advice regarding the size skip we needed. We had the skip monger than we had planned and when we needed it picking up they collected it within a few days.

Not at all happy! Booked (as we have before) by phone. No time limit given (except they say in the small print on a delivery doc) . We were sadly called away. On return we can see they left two messages over 4 days asking if we could call them, but as we had no signal we didn't get them. They came after their "call us" message and collected the half filled skip. Left will have had to move stuff on our drive that was around skip waiting to go in it. to our mind a professional and caring company would have stopped the collection on seeing that. Tried to call us. Instead we've now got a lot of mess on our drive and so today I called them to see what help we could get. They were dismissive. Offered no help.

I am sympathetic to their business needs, but I object to them entering our property uninvited, (is that even legal?) and moving our property out of the way etc, and taking the skip without agreement. This leaves us now needing a new skip to remove the stuff left behind.

Great service, skip delivered on the same day as it was requested and collected less than 24 hours after I asked for pick up. Prices also better than the online quotes I sourced
