I've waited over 1 month to leave this review as I purchased a barring puller from them, brand (utc £180) which had a fault (Soft metal) in which it bent with only the power of my arms, considering these tools are advertised as usable with a hydraulic press I was very disappointed with the fact my super power arms (joke) was able to bend the metal plates. All on day 1 of purchase. I returned the item as I was hoping for a refund so I could purchase a different one, brand (laser £200) I assumed it would be simple. Return one, swap for better one and pay difference. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. I was lead to believe that was the case until the sales guy said to me that would be £200. I said but I'm returning the faulty product. In which they said it has to be sent off to the company before I can have my refund back, so basically they put me on the spot in front of other customer and said I have to wait and purchase another again and wait. So to not look ashamed as they had already put the sale through I purchased the new one. (£200). So in total they had now had. Over (£380). Told me that they would phone when they had received the feed back from (utc). I had nothing. A week passed and I called. They said they heard nothing. To call back in another week. I did. They said they heard nothing. 3weeks pass I call again. The same answer. Week 4 I go in quite angry but collective with my approach. I walked in took a photo of the store and was asked by the staff what I was doing. I reply with I'm a Google reviewer of the local area and I'm pretty good at it. Over 10,000ppl seen my last review and I'm doing my review on JOHN MORGAN. They said that's great. Then I explained why I was there and WAW. The speed I had my refund was unbelievable. Originally I was told that when my refund would be credited back, I would have to go in-store and have it credited back to card. That was not the case. They phoned the day after and said no need to come in, we have refunded money back to your account. I checked. It was there.

So much for the 14day return policy.

In the end I thought to myself that the hole proccess was so unprofessional, I will use Euro Parts from now on.

Who atm I have never had an issue with.

I find JOHN MORGAN AUTOPARTS are more about sales than customers.
