I am absolutely shocked by the service of this company. After being a loyal customer for the past 18 months, I was generally happy with the service until three weeks ago when they abruptly stopped collecting my bags. Despite numerous attempts to contact the main office and reaching out to Chris, who I believe is the primary contact, I received no response. Eventually, I texted him requesting a refund and that he come to collect the bags.

The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating, and most concerning is the feeling that I am being taken advantage of. On my last order, Chris delivered the bags without the usual logo and offered me a cheaper price. I expressed concern about potential fines, but he reassured me that there would be no issues.

Overall, I feel that this company is unprofessional, dishonest, and, unfortunately, bordering on theft. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering their services.

I signed up with them this year 3rd of January and they haven’t fail with their collection as stated on the contract . A very good customer service and they are reachable anytime also are reliable.

Their service is as rubbish as the rubbish they collect. No professionnalisme no answer to messages no picking up phone calls. the rubbish bags stays on the pavement for days after having letting them know ... LITTERALY a WASTE!! JWM go in your bin!!

I was the only driver for the business and when they say they recycle they mean they call the local biffa driver and throw it all in rubbish glass and cardboard all because he did not want to spend the money to tip in a proper manner doing this has resulted in him making 4 biffa drivers loose their jobs as he kept offering them back hander money my advice is use magnum waste and stop using this company

Worst service ever for bussiness waste , they will not collect the waste in days and the bags will stay on roods. AVOID!!!!
