Would have given zero ....rang twice promised on both occasions that they would ring back...still waiting.....I didnt ring anybody else as I thought we had a verbal contract and I wouldnt let them down ...even asked on the second call if they wanted my business as I got the impression that they did not ...must be great not to need work....
