The guys that came to remove a heavy sofa for me were brilliant. They were running late, through no fault of their own, but they kept me informed with phone calls and gave me a 10 minute heads up of their arrival. Polite, professional and I would most definitely use them again. I don't know why I put the job off so long, they made it look simple.

My apartment was filling up with old and broken furniture, so I called over JunkPorters to help me free up room. They gave me a quote over the phone and I paid up without problems. They gave me a day and time slot right away, so I could plan around it.

On the day of collection, they kept me updated over the phone of any delays or unseen problems that held them back. Despite this, they still came close to the agreed time and quickly removed everything I wanted taken away. Great service!

Needed my great aunts house cleared. Called many companies and got varied quotes. most sounded complicated an dhard to understand. Finally called Junk Porters and they were a breath of fresh air. very helpful on the fone and booked me in for the following day.
They came out on time did the job and even tidyed up and swept and cleaned after. (something i found out afterwards as i came later with a brush to tidy up. as most other companies said they didnt provide this service) So i was well chuffed 10/10 in my book and i would defo reccommend them to anyone.
