I can not recommend k10 enough I broke down on the A14 AT 6PM
I WAS DRIVING MY NEWLY ACQUIRED 20 YEAR OLD T4 VW CAMPERVAN
I thought I was covered by a recovery insurance by Evensure insurance
It did actually have it printed on the certificate max age of vehicle 15 years so they refused to assist even if I paid for a different policy
THANKS FOR NOTHING EVERSURE.
I called the AA after 15 minutes of form filling they declined to assist as I said I think it ran out of deisel?

I gave up and slept in the lay-by and thought ill sort it in the morning.
8am Google search offered me K10 BREAKDOWN RECOVERY from Northampton (where I was going to)
The guy on the phone was extremely polite and apologised for himself not being able to come straight away at a very fair price he could be there in 90 min as he was in the process of taking another breakdown to safety.
(I thought an hour and a half to get here from Northampton was quite good )
He arrived bang on time apologised for not being quicker had my broken campervan on the back of his tow truck no more than 5 min tied down securely and off we went.
He said he would take me and my camper back home or if I liked he would get one of his technicians to bleed the fuel system saying it should be back on the road in 3o min or so
After our arrival back at his garage he made me a cup.of coffee as he asked one of his mechanic's to have a look and bleed the fuel system fantastic I thought after half an hour he took me outside to see the engine running and blowing black smoke ell over the engine bay before stalling.
His mechanic said he had not come up with a case of totally blocked exhaust nothing was coming out of the tail pipe as he indicated to me.
As my newly acquired campervan was given with a 3 month warranty he advised me to talk with the seller he actually spoke with the seller and selected not to attempt to repair it but offered to take it back to Leicester on its warranty where it was bought .
Good job well done thank you K10 BREAKDOWN AND RECOVERY all for the bargain price of £130
He also gave me a lift home to the other side of Northampton

Quick service & very trustworthy. Only professionals are working at K10! They were very knowledgeable about potential issues and they were able to get them fixed very quickly. I would trust them with any future repairs, I would not take my car anywhere else specially that their prices are affordable. I also used their recovery service and the driver was very professional. I highly recommend K10.

Can’t recommend these enough we had no car for 11wks all over Christmas we had 3 different machanics out the car ended up with more and more parts being removed due to a key barrel issue. This guy turns up and starts it in 2 mins smiles and walked away. excellent thank you so much for your help we truly really appreciate it

I had great service from these guys. My car got caught in the floods and even though they were really busy they fitted me in and recovered my car I was very happy with the price and service I would recommend these guys
