I ordered a skip for a Friday delivery and week before, I took a day off work, yet the day arrived, waited in all day and called several times promised that skip will be arriving that day, then called before 5pm to be told it wouldn't be arriving now, loads of false words advised and then it turned up Saturday morning. I lost a day of earnings. The skip arrived, It was falling apart and rusty. I will definitely not be using them again. Used them before with no issues

Can't fault the service. It was delivered on time. And collected within a day of calling to say i was finished with it. Would definitely recommend. The driver ( Graham i think) was a decent lad and popped the skip on some boards for me. Ignore the posts about been charged extra.. mine was properly full. No mention of extra money..

Do not order skip from here!. I ordered a skip from these people and it’s been over two months. I keep ringing them everyday asking them to pick the skip up but they keep saying will come in next day and they never turn up. Absolutely useless.

Didn't turn up! Told me yesterday skip was coming then hung up. It didn't come so wasted my time. Ignored and hung up on my mobile when I called today and when I rang again immediately (on another number) they hung up after once again lying and saying they told me they couldn't do it! I was polite but understandably frustrated with such unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent and behaviour. Also they are incorrect as I have had many skips delivered to the place I wanted theirs to be left. Wish I had checked earlier reviews. 3.3 out of 5 isn't exactly a glowing recommendation!

Waiting almost 6 weeks to have my skip collected. Every week I ring to be told a new excuse as to why it’s not been collected, this has ranged from they are too busy, they don’t have a vehicle to collect the large skip, they are due out next week, we will try today etc I have paid for a service of waste removal yet its all still sitting in my drive - I guess when they receive the cash upfront on delivery of the skip they must lose interest in fulfilling the job. In the six weeks I have rang explaining how urgent it is for it to ben collected as we have needed the access to the house clear for big deliveries such as a kitchen delivery, two large appliances and even for domestic use of placing our bins out - still no level of decency or professionalism and all calls go ignored. If you need a skip please avoid this company at all cost.

Very happy with the service. I received a call 15 minutes before the skip arrived (around 7.30am). Within an hour of me calling to say the skip was full, the driver returned to collect it (I had booked a same day collection in advance). Would recommend and definitely use again.

Overall a good service. Reasonably priced. Dropped off quickly. Took 6 days to collect which isn't too bad. The drivers were friendly and easy to deal with. Communication was reasonable, although they didn't commit to an exact collection date. Overall I would recommend this firm. I would use them again.
