Douglas picked up my car today, I wasn't expecting anyone to do this on a Bank Holiday, but he answered my call and came very quickly, in fact he came quicker than the specified time. He was very polite and helpful, as this was the first time I had gone through the procedure of scrapping a car, he helped with all the relevant documentation and he was very conscientious, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him and his service to any potential future customers.
