Has the most daft opening times, no good for those who work every day, why not stay open until 6pm like most sites.

Usually been fine here, but on last visit I got barked at when trying empty garden waste into the empty skip rather than the full heaped one. My bag was heavy and I have a heart condition hence that bag was destined for the empty skip rather than having to lug it high on the heaped one and struggle empty. No offer of help when I tried to explain, so difficult empty the other bags, he just walked off

The member of staff on Duty is always very helpful. Very busy but well controlled and smooth passage of vehicles keep, in the main, the queues to a minimum.
