Kia parts direct Fish Brothers have provided an excellent service, the moment the order was placed a swift response by email received with delivery tracking details, this was then followed by an email from the delivery firm advise the scheduled delivery with a tracking number. The parts were received within two days and fitted shortly thereafter.

I have ordered and got it delivered on the expected date but was missing 1 oil filter whereas i have 2 nos… Due to which i have missed my slot for service which is going to cost me money and time.. Poor service as they couldn’t handle a simple order of 4 items..

Excellent service. I was hesitant to order the part I needed as I have always gone through my local main dealer. The main dealer was not particularly helpful despite contacting them 3 to 4 times over several weeks, just responded by saying ‘ shortage of raw materials at this current time’. Kia Parts Direct advised me of the part I needed and initially explained, it was not in stock, but came back to me a couple of days later to say they had despatched it. Very satisfied and would recommend.
