Amazing.
Nick and his staff provided service that was top notch. Very supportive when there were issues with the finance company dragging their heels with the transfer, really got my back and provided above and beyond liaison to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Car exactly what it said in the ad, no masochistic jargon and I felt listened to in a safe and respectful environment, which has been an issue at other car purchases due to being a car buyer who's female and over 50.

Three years on and my daughters Corsa has been perfect. Brilliant buying experience they even wrapped the car in a bow for our daughter when she collected it. The car had an excellent history and has driven faultless since purchase. I can highly recommend this garage we were very happy with the price and the car.

Went to Kingslake on the weekend to see if we could find a car for the wife found two that we fancied an Astra and a Corsa after showing us around both cars decided on the Corsa after a couple of days got a call to say car was ready for us great we love it. But the reason for the review is after a couple of days had a flat battery phoned Kingslake and before I had finished the conversation they offered a new battery and would I need a curtesy car what service we would definitely go back to buy congratulations Kingslake you are a credit to the trade

Really happy with service got a good car for reasonable price. Had an initial problem with the clutch however this was sorted by King's Lake with no issues and courtesy car was provided while it was fixed. I would definitely recommend this garage if you are looking to buy a second hand car and I will be using them again.

I can not applaud these guys enough, I bought a lovely Ford Focus from them that fits the bill in every way, the process of buying the car was easy from start to finish. However my Focus developed a leak (common problem) within a few weeks, and this is where Kingslake have exceeded all expectations and have pulled out every and all available resources including using the Ford main dealers. I can not fault Kingslake’s service / workshop manager’s (Tom) approach and or attitude as nothing appears to be too much, I will definitely buy from them again.

Great customer service when purchasing car from kingslake cars, this was a new experience for me and they made it very easy with no hassle and we're very informative and helpful. Cannot fault the after service as had a couple of niggles with the car but they were sorted out quickly and professionally. Big thank you to Adam who was very helpful and managed to order the necessary parts for my boot and had them fitted very efficiently! 10 out of 10 and will be recommending to all my family and friends.
