Shambles!! The receptionists diagnose you over the phone and refuse to give you appointments if they think you have magically cured or deem that you do not need an appointment. Each receptionist has their own way of doing things, so no one knows what’s going on. A doctor there has ran tests on me without my consent! Doctors refuse prescriptions after they’ve just told you it’s what you need! If you do eventually get a prescription they won’t give you more than a months worth ( even if you need 6 months) because it’s more money for the corrupt NHS each time you collect it and pay! It’s a disgusting practice! Never have I been mistreated so badly in my life!

The Reception team are patient, kind, and dilligent alongside being very polite and professional. I know that every member of team, whether medical and clerical do their absolute best to give the gold standard of care. Admin went down hill upon retirements since 2019. Make a complaint and reap their vengeance, from the top. That is reason enough not to trust Kingsclere Medical Practice! Reviews on the NHS website are carefully curated & censored. High staff turnover. Think carefully!
