The most amazing kind staff I have ever experienced in any NHS facility. I came in for a difficult coil removal and was quite nervous. My nurse Amanda and doctor Sara were the most kind, caring, patient and assuring people who turned a scary experience into something bearable. Without their knowledge, assurance and patience I doubt I could have gone through with it. They are an asset to the other women who come see them. Thank you so much.

Been coming here for 30 years now for any female matters and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Massive shout out to Imo, the lovely personable gentle and emotionally intelligent clinician I saw today.
Let's stop making sexual health taboo. It's normal and healthy to look after EVERY aspect of your health, mental and physical.
Wolverton Centre: I always refer people to you. You have saved the lives of two people I know by diagnosing cancer after I referred them.
Keep being awesome! 🏳️‍🌈🌈💛👌

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Nurse April, and I can confidently say she is the best nurse I have ever seen. Her professionalism, empathy, and thoroughness made a significant difference in my healthcare experience.

April took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear explanations, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Her genuine care and attention to detail were truly remarkable.

Thank you, Nurse April, for your outstanding service and dedication. You have set a high standard for patient care.

I had an amazing experience thanks to nurse Mary and Liz. They were the loveliest people ever, extremely patient, kind, and gentle. I was very nervous and anxious about my first screening and they were incredible at helping me feel at ease.
I felt that my well-being and health truly matter to them and I was cared for with respect and empathy.
The people at the reception were also lovely and helpful. The best healthcare experience I ever had.

Don’t come here if you want to be taken seriously.

I had an IUD fitted here. Insertion was fine but the device itself gave me nothing but grief for the entire year that I had it. Each time I’ve been to this clinic, the staff either told me it was “normal” and would pass (after a whole year?), that they’d put me on additional hormones or wanted to pump me full of antibiotics for nothing.

Phoned up to book an appointment for removal and the receptionist told me I’d need another consultation first despite me being fully decided and having spoken about this during my last visit. He then “couldn’t hear” my D.O.B despite me repeating it several times and having no issues hearing me prior. Rang another clinic on the same phone, had no issues being heard and booked the removal in under 5 minutes, which is much shorter than the time The Wolverton will have you waiting as the first person in the queue.

I repeat, do not come here if you want to be taken seriously.

Had someone called April (I think) for my implant removal today who was great! The implant was difficult to remove to had to get someone else in to help. But April made me feel so comfortable and played music I liked & chatted to me throughout. Offered me water & a snack after to make sure I was okay.
