Don't Ave wait long to get in and all the staff are friendly and always smiling and tell you if not sure what skip to put stuff in or they do it for you

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the bloke who helped me this morning at 9.20.
He was very courteous and I really appreciate the help given. Don't know his name, tall and dark. I'm a 4ft 11 woman, and not as strong as some blokes! The queues can be a pain but I was lucky today.

Staff friendly and helpful when wasn't sure where certain things could go overall an easy drop off. If don't already have tip permit for your car you can easily apply online for free just so you don't get fined or anything

Really good and chaos are helpful if you need to ask for any help. To access the skips they have steep ramps to walk up so not good if you have knee or walking problems, although I'm sure staff would be more than happy to help. I have this place a lot more helpful and easier to access than the Mansfield and hucknall ones

Every time I go here there is a long queue, usually at least 30 mins wait to get into the facility. I'm currently in a queue that hasn't moved since I got here (25 mins). Poorly organised by whoever is in charge, the guys that work there are helpful.

Queued for exactly 45 minutes and was then told no room for grass. I was at the very front by the way waiting for the lorry driver to carry out his business. Why couldn't someone have told me earlier. It was 27 degrees so no fun waiting. 9 out of 10 times this site in inefficient and it's not the fault of the staff. It's too small.
